Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with helpful tips for us first time buyers. I recently had a terrible experience at a lighting store so this was a complete 180 from that and I’ll continue to use and recommend Cocoplum.

Seamless. Beautiful new oven delivered on time and fortunately fit into the existing space like a glove with minor adjustments.Travis took care of the installation. His expertise was apparent. I asked Matt Botler for help on directions for a washer/dryer that I had purchased from their competitors and he was so nice and sent Mike, the service man, over to my house to walk me thru the directions. No charge and so helpful.

Delivery was early in the “window” given. The technicians were courteous and very helpful. One went into a crawl space to find the water line! They got the new fridge into a tight spot, connected the water, and made sure it was running properly.

I want to thank Cocoplum for their great service.For years I have been buying my appliances at Cocoplum, and been very happy. Recently, I bought a high quality washing machine. After a short time, the machine was making a squealing sound. The service team came, and they patiently explained what was going on. They realized it was a manufacturers defect, and they went the extra mile by immediately ordering a new one and install a loaner washing machine so I could finish my pile of laundry! Bravo to the great sales and service teams at Cocoplum!

Nobody likes having to replace their washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the same trimester, but I am so thankful to Shannon and the team at Cocoplum for making it easy to get a quote and purchase new appliances without ever having to go into the showroom.
