Will be happy to buy from them again. After a bad delivery experience w fridge from Lowe's where they went to the wrong house and never called me, I decided to try a small appliance store. Sales staff very helpful. Delivery day comes and I have a very sick dog, no time to take food out of old fridge and wasn't home. Delivery team took care of everything, unasked, and when I returned home late in the day even found all my food put neatly back in the new fridge. Felt good, like friends or family would treat you.

We worked with Cocoplum to outfit our entire kitchen with Kitchen Aid Appliances. Norm was extremely helpful finding us the best price within our budget, he even found a sale and called us to tell us if we wanted to wait a week we could get a better price. A bit of a snafu on delivery, but didn't seem to be Cocoplum's fault. The installers, Kyle, Jacob and Chris were AWESOME. So professional! They did an excellent job and even helped troubleshoot getting our refrigerator into a space that ultimately seemed too small. (I had done the measurement, not them) They worked with confidence and did not waste time. Really great guys!

After a 7+ weeks nightmare dealing with JC Penney appliances, I just had a delivery of a washer and dryer from Cocoplum. The salesman was very helpful and the 2 guys that delivered the machines were very professional. They were kind, polite and made sure the machines were in place and leveled. Great guys!. I highly recommend Cocoplum. And I strongly suggest everyone stay away from JCP.

We bought a Capital 30" range a couple of months ago from Cocoplum. We started to notice a faint smell of LP gas and called Cocoplum service. They told us they would not be able to get to us for 4 days. I then contacted Sloane, who cleared his schedule the next day, came down with his old tool bag (which he had not used for a few years!). He was able to locate the leak in the range and correct the problem, spending more than 2 1/2 hours, but got the job done! Now that is the kind of service that earns customer loyalty.
