The ovens look great and operates wonderfully. As a once professional chef I appreciate how precise and the ease of operation of this unit is. However, the first use of the ovens was to dehydrate apples. The ovens did not allow the moisture to escape. The apples would not dry even after 20 hours. The dehydrate function was used.

I find the digital dial, much more complicated to navigate than just having them displayed out on the front of the screen. If you need to go from convection to regular baking, or vice versa, in the same oven, you have to actually turn the oven off! Then reprogram it. This sounds like a very poorly designed option. This oven, although it fits in the same space as my previous Whirlpool oven, it is about an inch shorter on the inside, and therefore does not fit my cookie sheets! I had to get new cookie sheets to fit it! When, using the meat probe, you need to put it in a cold roast before you start the oven. So how do you preheat it for the roasting time to be correct? There were no instructions on how to use the air fryer. There was no broiler pan. I would never buy this product again.

I chose this oven to replace my kitchaide 27" from 1997. I loved that oven and it worked well for years. But, I wanted other new options such as airfry and other options like steam roast, bake etc etc that my kitchaide did not have. The price was attractive after evaluating whether I wanted to replace my kitchaide with another new modern one. I chose Frigidaire because of those numerous baking options and the price. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have tested out a few modes. Over time I will.be able t judge the quality of the oven as well as the self clean method.

This new Frigidaire oven has multiple settings and can do many great things like convection, steam-baking, air sous vide, and air frying. I have actually used the conventional baking, convection baking, steam-baking, and air frying with terrific results. The control is intuitive and convenient. I only hope it will last half as long as my last oven.

The overall impression is that it is a quality and very attractive appliance. Two points I would make is to have a longer and maybe smaller diameter power cord/case. The second point, as can be seen by the negative comments on Frigidaire's web site, is first to provide an air friar shelf with the double oven and second to upgrade that air friar shelf with a drip pan. None of these "issues" are deal breakers and the benefits achieved with such a high grade, multi function double oven more than makes up for minor short comings.

We have been using the new unit for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. The air fry is amazing. It actually is faster, and much quieter, than our counter top air fryer. The temp control for regular baking is spot on. The "no preheat" option works great. Looking forward to trying all the features.Also, when delivered, there was damage to the top door. It was cosmetic, but significant. We have already received the replacement door.The only disappointment is we also ordered the Frigidaire air fry rack for this oven and apparently Frigidaire has no idea if and when it will ever be available.

I bought this oven set to replace a 25 year old convection one which stopped working. Selections for 27" ovens are limited...most are now 30". This fit the space but I was really impressed with the many oven modes. It was installed 10 days ago. So far, I've baked, convection baked, convection roast and air-fried many dishes. I love it!!! Everything has come out perfectly cooked, browned, moist and flavorful. I considered special ordering the air fry rack but found similar air fry trays on Amazon far cheaper. With careful comparison shopping, I was able to buy from Lowes with price matching saving $1200. Highly recommend Frigidaire Gallery!

We just got our ovens and so far are very pleased. However we made the mistake of purchasing the air fryer part. We have 27" ovens and they sent the one for the 30" ovens. When we called Frigidaire they said we had to contact Electrolux who provides that part. After 1/2 hour on hold they could not find the order and it went to the survey followed by a hang up. Very frustrating!

New self installed double oven.

The ovens have all the bells and whistles one could ever want. Overall construction and appearance is great. I do have three specific complaints. The power cord that comes with ovens is way too short making it very difficult to place the unit into its cabinet. This was a replacement so moving the power source/junction box was not a great option. My second issue was the difficulty in replacing the doors to the oven. Once I figured out how to do it correctly it was fine but it was along steep learning curve. My last complaint is that I just paid well in excess of over three thousand dollars for an oven that has an air fryer option but did come with an air fryer rack. After doing some research I found out this was optional at extra cost. Really, you sell an oven in this price range, that advertises an air fryer function and then not provide the required tray but make it an additional cost? Not cool.

Electric conduit/whip too short!

Just received our new oven. Excited to test it out as our last Frigidaire lasted 25 years! Doing a self install as I'm comfortable connecting it to the existing wiring. However, upon unboxing it, the pre-attached conduit/whip is only 30" long. Even if I raise the electrical box in the wall to a closer location, I have no idea what Frigidaire is thinking with a cord that short. If I set it down right in front of my 24" deep cabinet during installation, I have essentially zero slack to work with to hook it up, correctly, before sliding it into place. They should have 5' minimum whip and it should be as thin as possible. These units are much tighter these days... even though I am replacing a similar unit from the same manufacturer. Will likely need to take advantage of the "Guaranteed Fit" rebate for some of the costs of the necessary modifications.

Good but hard to wipe out spills and the air fryer basket is a nightmare

I love wall ovens. This is my second set as the old set dies after 25 years. This oven has lots of options and is fairly easy to use. I love the sabbath feature but would love it if I could delay for more than one hour. The air fryer is a great idea and it makes food fast a good, however, the air fryer basket is a nightmare to clean and of course it splatters all over the oven. the oven can be wiped out but I have found that it does not wipe out easily and there is a significant amount of elbow grease needed to get it out. even happens when baking cookies. I'm not sure if the coating on the oven is thick enough. Using the clean feature is not good unless you can open all the windows and leave the house. The smoke is incredible! none of these things happened with my old ovens!

The new Frigidaire double oven was purchased to replace a 20 year old Frigidaire that I used for mainly radiant baking and occasional convection roasting. I have not tried all of the modes yet, but bake, convection bake and air fry work very well. I am finding with breads and cakes that I need to adjust my bake times and temperatures somewhat, but the results are all great. I am eager to use steam bake on my next round of baking

Spring released oven rack

We purchased our double ovens last year. Within a few months the springs on the oven rack stretched out to the point that they don't stay put. We took the rack to the place of purchase & they couldn't or didn't have replacement springs for the rack. The springs shouldn't have stretched out like that in less than a year. We paid alot of money for the kitchen suite that we purchased and I expect to have all the parts working correctly.

It fits and looks great

We were replacing a 1996 microwave/oven configuration that was installed in a certain sized space in cabinets. We did not want to replace cabinets and this unit had the measurements that would allow us to do minimal adjustments to the space for it to fit. It fit, looks beautiful, and has worked great. We are very pleased.

I™€™ve had my Gallery double oven for about 3 weeks now and have enjoyed getting to know its options. I made sous vide roast, which was perfectly medium rare as set. Pretty but lacking in quality

It looks nice and seems to have an accurate temperature but everything else seems of inconsistent quality™€¦.Especially the touch panel. It is not responsive and has way too many hidden menus. I miss my old oven. I would not buy this again.

Double Wall Ovens

I love my new wall ovens! The oven style fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. Baking is a real pleasure with all the different options. I have been experimenting with different setting options and am waiting for my air fryer tray to arrive to try that option. I have not been disappointed, the oven bakes evenly and bake time for most items is at the minimum time according to the recipe.
